Congratulations! Prince William and Kate Middleton are engaged and will marry next year. I am so happy for both of them. I am sure they must be very busy with the wedding preparations now. A bridal expert predicted that Kate Middleton’s wedding dress will be a demure, high-necked, hand-embroidered, lace couture gown.
How is she going to maintain her great and fit figure so that she can carry off the dress on her big day?
1. Kate spends up to an hour a day in the gym for workout. She also enjoys cycling and yoga.
2. Kate was captain of the hockey team in her school. That shows in her excellent fit and agile body. She is also a great fan of skiing and she goes skiing each winter with Prince William. Awww…so sweet. Doing some healthy sport together with your loved ones is definitely a fun way to workout.
3. Kate also did a lot of rowing when training for a charity boat race and rowing is an excellent way to get fit and lose weight. She trained to row across the English channel (around 23 miles) for charity. That’s a good charity workout I would say. Keep it up, Kate!
4. Kate always follow a healthy diet. She is naturally a sporty and active person. She fuels her body well with healthy low GI carbohydrates, lean proteins and healthy fats, and exercises hard to burn off any excess energy that she has. This is really how simple a healthy diet and lifestyle should be.
5. Kate’s mum is on Dukan diet for the coming wedding. Mothers and daughters normally share the same diet information so my guess is Kate is under the same diet plan as well.
Wedding or no wedding, the best is to keep your body fit and healthy all the time. Health is wealth and whether you’re married to a royalty or not, you still need to look good for yourself and not for the public.
