Who’s the hot girl in G.I. Joe? Who’s that hot chick on the poster of G.I. Joe? There are 3 very healthy looking women there namely Sienna Miller, Karolina Kurkova and Rachel Nichols.
The girl in the poster I believe is Sienna Miller. She plays The Baroness (Baroness Anastasia Cisarovna). The Baroness is a villain… a very hot villain who happens to be the sister of the Cobra Commander.

Sienna Miller is damn hot so read on to see what she does to get into shape for the role of The Baroness. For starters, she was never the fat type (that helps). She jokes, ‘Let’s face it. My so-called fabulous shape is the result of very clever airbrushing. I have small boobs and cellulite!’

For her previous roles when she needed to lose weight, she would go for a shot of Vodka (lower in calorie) rather a favorite glass of wine. For G.I. Joe however, she was asked to bulk up a little. She needed to gain muscle for the role of The Baroness.

As far as workout goes, Sienna does weight training and boxing. Weight training will build you those muscles which will give you a higher metabolic rate and boxing being a kick ass workout will kick the fats out. Though she is not one of those crazy gym buffs, she participates in rope yoga. She has reportedly added 5lbs. She is training with a former M16 agent. Sienna is also on a soldier like program building strength, working her legs, shoulders and arms. COBRA!!!!!!
Fitfully Yours: We think Sienna Miller is sexy to the max. However, Sienna is not the fat type so she didn’t have to do much to lose weigh. If anything, she is bulking up. Her workout and diet is good for people who are trying to maintain their weight. Yo Joe!!
