How Do You Get Jennifer’s Body??

Seriously, how do you get a body like Jennifer? Or shall we say Megan Fox? Here is her diet and workout routine:

1) Daily Diet
- Big breakfast; loves eggs.
- Mini snacks between meals – almonds (full of fiber and high in protein), fruits and vegetables.
- Avoids grain and processed foods… mainly substituted by fruits and vegetables.
- Lots of natural proteins like nuts, eggs, and meat.

2) Workout
- Planks – for sexy flat abs
- Ab Circuit – Involves knee ups, leg swings, ball leg lifts, etc for 15-20 minutes.
- Old school stationary bike – 30 minutes.
- Cardio exercises – Combination of interval and low intensity. The purpose of combining the interval and low intensity cardio workout is because the interval cardio will releases fatty acids to the bloodstreams and the low intensity cardio will use the fat for energy so it kind of goes hand in hand.

Fitfully Yours: We think Megan Fox is totally hot and her routines are not suitable for the weak and lazy (No pun intended). She adopts something very similar to the Paleo Diet (perhaps it IS the Paleo Diet) and the ab circuit training is no joke either.
