<p>Seriously, how do you get a body like Jennifer? Or shall we say Megan Fox? Here is her diet and workout routine:</p>

<p>1) Daily Diet<br />
- Big breakfast; loves eggs.<br />
- Mini snacks between meals – almonds (full of fiber and high in protein), fruits and vegetables.<br />
- Avoids grain and processed foods… mainly substituted by fruits and vegetables.<br />
- Lots of natural proteins like nuts, eggs, and meat.</p>

<p>2) Workout<br />
- Planks – for sexy flat abs<br />
- Ab Circuit – Involves knee ups, leg swings, ball leg lifts, etc for 15-20 minutes.<br />
- Old school stationary bike – 30 minutes.<br />
- Cardio exercises – Combination of interval and low intensity. The purpose of combining the interval and low intensity cardio workout is because the interval cardio will releases fatty acids to the bloodstreams and the low intensity cardio will use the fat for energy so it kind of goes hand in hand.</p>

<p>Fitfully Yours: We think Megan Fox is totally hot and her routines are not suitable for the weak and lazy (No pun intended). She adopts something very similar to the Paleo Diet (perhaps it IS the Paleo Diet) and the ab circuit training is no joke either.</p>

<p>Angelina Jolie is a piece of art having one of the most desirable bodies in Hollywood. You need to be really fit to play Lara Croft in Tomb Raider. Ask any video game fanatic and they’ll lay down the facts for you. However, you don’t get a body like that just by playing video games of course.</p>

<p>Her main weight loss system was to lose fat and gain lean muscle. <span id="more-36"></span>Among her activities:</p>
<p>- Kickboxing (an hour of kickboxing could burn 600-800calories). Because of its high intensity, not only would you burn fat but also tone your body. You are basically killing 3 birds with one stone (burn fat, body toning, self defense).</p>
<p>- Diving. (well, not only diving, but any water sports or even just swimming adds that extra resistance to your movement; hence you burn more. Good thing is it is very low impact)</p>
<p>- Street fighting+ weaponry. Using weapons is a great way to workout and practice your balance. Weapons are usually 4-7Kgs which can in turn work your inner muscles.</p>
<p>- Yoga. (you guys know yoga’s good don’t you?)</p>
<p>- Climbing. You’ll work every limb on your body. However, rock climbing might not be something you have access to/ particularly enjoy doing.</p>

<p>As for Miss Jolie’s diet, she goes with the traditional model’s diet. Six meals a day (properly spaced out; every 3 hours between meals). She goes on a high protein low carbohydrate diet. She also eats some steam vegetables, fruits and drinks lots of water to avoid dehydration from her workouts.</p>
