<p>It has been proven via various tests in the past that drinking water every morning on an empty stomach can help cure many diseases.</p>
<p>They include fast heart beat, excess fatness headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, kidney and urine related diseases, diarrhea, vomiting, gastritis, cancer, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases, etc</p>
<p><strong>Method of Treatment</strong><br />

- Drink 4 glasses (160ml) of water in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach.<br />
- You can then brush your teeth but do not eat for 45 minutes.<br />
- 45 minutes later, you can eat as normal.<br />
- Do not drink and eat anything for 2 hours after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner.</p>
<p>Note: Those who can’t drink so much water straight up in the morning can start by drinking less and slowly increasing the dosage till you reach 4 glasses a day.</p>
<p>It is believed the above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.</p>
<p>Here’s a list which also gives the number of days of treatment required to cure, control or reduce main diseases:<br />
1. High Blood Pressure &#8211; 30 days<br />
2. Gastric &#8211; 10 days<br />
3. Diabetes &#8211; 30 days<br />
4. Constipation &#8211; 10 days<br />
5. Cancer &#8211; 180 days<br />
6. TB &#8211; 90 days<br />
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards &#8211; daily.</p>

<p>I don’t know how many people hate doing sit-ups but I definitely despise it. But you see your tummy getting bigger and BIGGER. Now what can you do without involving crazy crunches and dreaded diets?</p>
<p> All you have to do is breathe your tummy in while walking. Breathe in moderately hard with as much control as possible and while taking your breath, simply contract your tummy inwards then exhale followed by a contraction of your tummy outwards.</p>
<p> So Inhale &#8211;&gt; Contract tummy inwards&#8211;&gt; Exhale&#8211;&gt; Contract tummy outwards and you are done.</p>
<p>How does this work? Well, when you contract your tummy inwards, it is similar to crunches and sit-ups. Is it as effective? Maybe if you compare one-to-one sit-up versus this&#8230; then maybe not. Then again… you can keep breathing as you walk but how many crunches can an average Joe do right?</p>
<p>So the idea is to make this breathing method a habitual way of breathing and you will be burning that excess tummy fat effortlessly.</p>
