<p>It has been proven via various tests in the past that drinking water every morning on an empty stomach can help cure many diseases.</p>
<p>They include fast heart beat, excess fatness headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, kidney and urine related diseases, diarrhea, vomiting, gastritis, cancer, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases, etc</p>
<p><strong>Method of Treatment</strong><br />

- Drink 4 glasses (160ml) of water in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach.<br />
- You can then brush your teeth but do not eat for 45 minutes.<br />
- 45 minutes later, you can eat as normal.<br />
- Do not drink and eat anything for 2 hours after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner.</p>
<p>Note: Those who can’t drink so much water straight up in the morning can start by drinking less and slowly increasing the dosage till you reach 4 glasses a day.</p>
<p>It is believed the above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.</p>
<p>Here’s a list which also gives the number of days of treatment required to cure, control or reduce main diseases:<br />
1. High Blood Pressure &#8211; 30 days<br />
2. Gastric &#8211; 10 days<br />
3. Diabetes &#8211; 30 days<br />
4. Constipation &#8211; 10 days<br />
5. Cancer &#8211; 180 days<br />
6. TB &#8211; 90 days<br />
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards &#8211; daily.</p>

<p>There are probably two ways to lose weight. We can either reduce our calorie intake or we increase our body’s energy consumption. The great thing about green tea is that it does both… yes both! ; )</p>
<p> The green tea diet probably being one of the easiest diets to follow increases one’s metabolic rate and reduces appetite at the same time. Green tea can help curb hunger so having a cup before meals (never order meals on an empty stomach; we tend to over order) and another cup after meals. Preferably, have it hot especially after meals.</p>
<p>Studies show that having cold drinks after meals is very bad. However, that’s another topic. Now, how does green tea extract help with these two things? <span id="more-81"></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Green tea regulates blood sugar levels by reducing the amount of insulin produced. This will keep our appetite under control and help prevent fats being stored.</li>
<li>Green tea extracts contain EGCG which increases our metabolism and give energy expenditure.</li>
