1. Soy beans – Especially the moldy old Nattou, Tofu, and the extremely salty miso-soup paste. Very popular! And not often found in Western diets
2. Green tea – Drinking green tea is better than drinking coffee as they are lower in caffeine
3. Vegetables - Eating vegetables are certainly better than eating meats. They help to lower rates of various cancers and also avoid the symptoms of aging (which is very important to women)
4. Seaweed – Most seaweeds are high in essential amino acids, which makes them valuable sources of vegetable protein in a vegetarian or mostly meatless diet
