It has been proven via various tests in the past that drinking water every morning on an empty stomach can help cure many diseases.
They include fast heart beat, excess fatness headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, kidney and urine related diseases, diarrhea, vomiting, gastritis, cancer, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat [...]

It has been proven via various tests in the past that drinking water every morning on an empty stomach can help cure many diseases.

They include fast heart beat, excess fatness headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, kidney and urine related diseases, diarrhea, vomiting, gastritis, cancer, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases, etc

Method of Treatment

- Drink 4 glasses (160ml) of water in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach.
- You can then brush your teeth but do not eat for 45 minutes.
- 45 minutes later, you can eat as normal.
- Do not drink and eat anything for 2 hours after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Note: Those who can’t drink so much water straight up in the morning can start by drinking less and slowly increasing the dosage till you reach 4 glasses a day.

It is believed the above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

Here’s a list which also gives the number of days of treatment required to cure, control or reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure – 30 days
2. Gastric – 10 days
3. Diabetes – 30 days
4. Constipation – 10 days
5. Cancer – 180 days
6. TB – 90 days
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily.

Though there are no known side effects besides urinating a few times more, you may want to consult your doctor first. Like what people say… better safe than sorry.

It is recommended we treat the water treatment as part of our daily routine rather than a mere treatment.

These food may be in the shape of hearts but they are definitely not for the heart. So the next time you want to eat these, think for your heart. Do not heart these un-hearty food.
