Planking and Owling is the Way to Losing Weight

Yea..it’s the trend now and I bet it can make you lose weight as well.

PLANKING

Planking – a game where people (known as “plankers”) lie down on the ground – usually in an unusual location–  The planker must lie face down, on the ground or aerial, body straight like a wooden board, and palms attached to the side. The more innovative is the situation, the more popular it gets.  They then post the planking pictures or videos on online community such as Facebook or Youtube.

 

 

 

 

 

OWLING

Owling is the act of squatting with hands to your side while looking into the middle distance–like an owl. If you haven’t seen it yet, here are some pictures of owling.

 

 

These stunts are not easy to do I would say. It requires some skill, determination and creativity. But best of all, you get to lose some weight while having fun doing these with your friends!! Isn’t that great??
