Louise Redknapp Size Zero Regime Modified to Work

Remember Loise Redknapp in that Size Zero show? The purpose of the show was to discover first hand the dangers of the current obsession with being stick thin when she undertakes an extreme crash diet and exercise regime in an attempt to drop to a US dress size zero in just 30 days.
The TV presenter, who was voted FHM’s Sexiest Woman of the Decade, is usually a size eight, but in The Truth About Size Zero she attempts to get down to a UK size four.
To kick start the regime Louise traveled to LA where she enrolled with Bootcamp Barry; a military-style fitness and diet guru to stars such as Teri Hatcher, Katie Holmes and Jenny McCarthy. Bootcamp Barry sets out Louise’s diet and exercise plan for the next 30 days. She had to run three miles a day before completing a further punishing hour of cardio and weights in her home basement gym.
Two weeks into the diet, Louise goes for her mid-way appointment with the celebrity doctor, Dr Carey. The diet was taking its toll. She has a cold, can’t sleep, was tired, bored, irritable and hungry. Dr Carey urged her to quit.
Louise then returned to LA where she goes on a mad dash tour of weird and wonderful alternative routes to size zero.
If you are tempted to try out what she did, we recommend you try out the modified version first.

Now… how do we modify this to work and (hopefully) get away with it without the side effects?
1) Keep Bootcamp Barry in moderation. Go low calories as well but not too low. Consult your Doctor what’s sufficient for you/ daily routines. Do the runs, cardio and weights but in a moderate manner. Do the runs everyday and the cardio and weights 3 times a week. Do this for 3 weeks and do it in the morning if possible.
2) Do the “alternative routes” process in whatever way you may have read of heard about. You may get quite a few decent ideas from Fitfully Yours : ) Do this for 2 weeks while maintaining the runs but just 20 minutes 3 times a week.
3) Back to step 1 again for 3 weeks as well.
This should help you lose a lot of weight as well. How this will work? We do not see side effects to this as we are not going on a crash diet/ regime of sort. All we are doing is pushing our body to boost up the metabolic rate by exercising and eating right. We tend to eat whatever we want but if we are watching our calories, we will chose more wisely and carefully. Step one should set your body in position for a leaner slimmer you.
The “alternative route” is always recommended in many programs. Ever experienced difficulty losing that extra pound? Well, with some healthy alternative and diversification, that extra pound will go.
Notice the duration of this modified version is double the duration of Louise’ regime? Simple… we do not believe in crash diets and this is the main reason why we believe it should work better and healthier for you.
By the way, two months on, Louise has made a full recovery. She is once again enjoying her food and loving her curves. Well, that is Louise. She used to hot anyway. If you have not been blessed with all those curves, two months on, you may be back to square one with all the fats.
Note: Always remember to consult your doctor prior to trying any sort of weight loss program.
Good luck and stay healthy!! ; D
