Simple Steps to Lose Excess Tummy Fat!

I don’t know how many people hate doing sit-ups but I definitely despise it. But you see your tummy getting bigger and BIGGER. Now what can you do without involving crazy crunches and dreaded diets?
All you have to do is breathe your tummy in while walking. Breathe in moderately hard with as much control as possible and while taking your breath, simply contract your tummy inwards then exhale followed by a contraction of your tummy outwards.
So Inhale –> Contract tummy inwards–> Exhale–> Contract tummy outwards and you are done.
How does this work? Well, when you contract your tummy inwards, it is similar to crunches and sit-ups. Is it as effective? Maybe if you compare one-to-one sit-up versus this… then maybe not. Then again… you can keep breathing as you walk but how many crunches can an average Joe do right?
So the idea is to make this breathing method a habitual way of breathing and you will be burning that excess tummy fat effortlessly.
