1) Early morning workouts. She has quoted that she does not like to workout at the gym. However, she does ride the bike for an hour (burn around 400 calories) and then do a class. She works out by jogging as well. Also by working out in the morning, you simply burn more fat because after a good night’s sleep, you would have burnt bodily fat. (Yes… you do burn fat while sleeping!!).
2) Eating sensibly. The sexy Canadian eats healthily and loves fruits and vegetables. Elisha’s favourite food is Mexican, seafood and pasta. Elisha’s favorite drink is Strawberry Kiwi Gatorade.
