It’s in the past… It’s In Da (B-Ball) Game.

Remember the days when Jordan was doing all sorts of things in the air? Remember the first time you saw a 720 dunk? I do. And my friends and I would head down the court and play our hearts out; those were the days…

But try to make time for your favourite sport guys. Instead of meeting at a bar, why not meet up at a court. You won’t regret it. My point here is that working out is super duper important. Find all the excuses for being lazy but deep down inside you know it is really good for Y.O.U. ; D

 Some people love going to the gym for a good workout. They hit the gymnasium real hard burning off those fats and toning up that body. Some simply just love doing sports. Though studies show that combining both sports and gym workouts is probably the best but I personally love sports and I hate the gym. Can I replace the word hate with abhor?

 

So if you are a sports fan like me and you want to workout, just do it. Let all the people tell you it is not enough. Let them say a game of tennis is not going to lose you weight.

They may be right… may be wrong. Who cares? The idea is doing something rather than nothing. And even if you do not lose weight; you’ll still have a great time playing your favorite sport.

 I love basketball. Try running up and down the court 50 times and tell me it is not a good workout.
